Students looked at the work of artist Catherine O'Donnell who creates beautiful photo-realistic drawings of everyday built environments. Students were inspired to create their own drawings of scenes from around the school- with some fantastic results!
Some great paintings were achieved by Year 11 using a built environment of their choosing as inspiration. Students looked at various Modernist artists to help inspire their painting style.
Students worked hard for most of the term to produce these fantastic large figure drawings.
Perspective Drawings
Using what we learnt from 'Drawing using the Right Side of the Brain' Year 11 drew their feet using perspective.
